They were incredible. So sweet, kind, and didn’t let me lift a finger. They put everything exactly where I wanted. They went above on beyond. When they put furniture in a place I asked them and then I felt like it didn’t look right they patiently worked with me and even guided me as to where the furniture would look best. They put all the boxes in the room that I wanted and not only that, they kept moving it around to place it in a specific area of the room even after they already put them in their designated rooms. They disassembled, packaged, and reassembled the furniture amazingly and really were super gentle. I really appreciate them very much and honestly enjoyed the moving process because of them. Eli was very helpful from the first inquiry call, to rescheduling more than once, to finally helping my son move out of his apartment in Brooklyn on short notice. Everything was packed and removed on time for the final walk-through. My son chose to use Diamond Hands Storage to keep everything secure while he returned to California for a few months. It was very convenient to have a moving company that could also store his belongings. You just have to make one call and get all the service you need, from packing, to moving, to storage.
